On December 18, 2020, at the digital event entitled "Economic sustainability through innovation", ALEGI ENGINEERING Ltd. received an award in the category "Quality of Life" with the product Mining specialized machine "GIDROCK LV".
Nearly 60 companies from various economic sectors participated in the competition, and the winners were determined by a 23-member jury, including representatives of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, BAS, the Bulgarian Association of Start-ups, the Bulgarian Development Bank, BNR, the Executive Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises, Trakia Tech Industrial Zone, Professional Association of Robotics and Automation, Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", UNWE, as well as winners of the competition from previous years.
16 companies reached the finals of the competition, competing for prizes in a total of 8 categories. In addition to the "Innovative Enterprise of the Year 2020" award, the winning companies in the competition received the right to use the "Excellence in Innovation" brand of the Applied Research and Communications Foundation.
